2. Stage 2 — Mediation: If the issue cannot be resolved at the first stage, both parties may agree to engage a jointly appointed independent mediator.
3. Stage 3 — Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through the two stages above will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules.

By using the lv8888 platform, you agree that any claim or legal action must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim, failing which it shall be permanently barred.
